Project management is unfortunately not viewed as a body of knowledge to be studied and practiced and that has its own Code of Ethics.  Many new PMs are overwhelmed at their newly assigned position not knowing what is expected of them, their specific roles and responsibilities, with whom they are expected to interact, or even how projects are structured.  This webinar will clarify those concerns.

Foundational to project management is the understanding of how the practice of project management fits into the structure of projects, programs, portfolios, and operations management.  Each of these functions have varying responsibilities, considerations, and actions to execute and it is imperative for the new project manager to understand the difference.
